OPTION 2 — BULK SUBMISSION (UP TO 20 AT A TIME)

After purchase, you’ll receive a bulk submission form. Each bulk submission allows you to submit up to 20 birthday requests at one time. You may submit the bulk form multiple times throughout your one-year package.

Each bulk submission includes:
– Order number + your first name
